Mario Costa has a diverse work experience. Mario'smost recent position is as a Business and Partnership Manager | Comercial Hunter at Quero Educação, where they negotiate with educational institution managers, schedules meetings with educational leaders, and conducts market analysis. Prior to that, they worked as a Head Waiter at Outback Steakhouse, where they gained valuable experience in customer service, problem-solving, and sales reporting. Mario also had a role as an intermittent assessor at Pernambucanas and as a Salesperson at Armazém da Cerveja.

Mario Costa attended Kumon Brasil from 2007 to 2014, where they completed Level I in Mathematics. From 2017 to 2019, they studied at Colégios Embraer and completed their high school education. Mario then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from 2021 to 2023 at Universidade Federal do ABC. Currently, they are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Economics at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they started in 2023 and is expected to finish in 2025.
