Oscar Meza has been working in the field since 2009. oscar began their career as Jefe Técnico at Security Bussines, where they worked for 10 years. In 2019, they joined Neptuno Technology SAS as Jefe del Equipo Técnico. Currently, they are Area Director of Operations at QUEO.

Oscar Meza graduated from Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia with a degree in Ingeniería in the field of Ingeniería eléctrica, electrónica y de comunicaciones.
