Phillipa C. began their work experience in 2018 as an Assistant Manager at The Swan Inn Chaddesly. Phillipa held this role from March 2018 to December 2019.

In 2019, Phillipa joined Quell Therapeutics. Phillipa initially worked as a Research Associate from December 2019 to June 2022. Phillipa then received a promotion to Senior Research Associate in June 2022, and they continue to hold this role.

Phillipa C. began their education at RGS Worcester from 2006 to 2013. Phillipa then continued their studies at Swansea University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from 2013 to 2016. Following this, Phillipa obtained a Master's degree in MSc by Research, Lung Cancer, from Swansea University between 2016 and 2017.
