Gisèle Larocque currently serves as the Vice President Allied Health, Organizational Effectiveness and Chief Human Resources Officer at Queensway Carleton Hospital since August 2022, having previously held multiple senior leadership roles in human resources and organizational development at Hôpital général de Hawkesbury & District General Hospital from 2014 to 2022. Prior experience includes co-founding ValaConcepts, where strategic marketing and communications solutions were provided to various government and private sector clients, and directing the Entrepreneurship Centre at OCRI, supporting thousands of clients annually. Additional roles involved leading economic development restructuring for the City of Ottawa and advising firms as a Senior Business Consultant with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. Gisèle Larocque holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in International Business from the University of Ottawa.
