Mozhgan Memari is a data engineering and data governance manager at Queensland Country Bank since August 2023, previously serving as data governance manager at Queensland University of Technology from May 2022 to August 2023. Over an eleven-year tenure at the University of Auckland, Mozhgan held roles including lead data scientist and data scientist, leading initiatives to enhance data quality and provide insights for decision-making. With a distinguished academic background, Mozhgan earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Auckland, receiving the Best PhD Thesis award in 2016, and holds a master's in Information Technology from Azahra University and a bachelor's in Electronic Engineering from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Prior experience includes positions as a senior data analyst at the National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company and production data analyst at MADIRAN Company.
