Matt Lynch is an experienced professional in the athletics sector, currently serving as the Queensland State Performance Advisor at Queensland Athletics since November 2015. Lynch has held multiple roles within the organization, including Performance Pathways and Communications Manager, and previously acted as Interim State Performance Advisor. In addition to work at Queensland Athletics, Lynch has been involved with Athletics Australia as a Live Stream Host and Commentator, covering prestigious events such as the Australian Athletics Open and various championships. Background includes serving as Communications and Event Manager at Queensland Athletics and leading a coaching team for sprints, hurdles, jumps, and relays at Brisbane Girls Grammar School. Earlier experience includes roles at Athletics NSW as Assistant Competition Manager and Digital Marketing Coordinator, along with founding Athletes Australia to enhance the representation of athletics in Australia.
