Maryam Sesay has extensive work experience in the field of residential treatment and health services. Maryam began their career at St. Anne's in 2005, starting as a residential counselor and eventually progressing to roles such as senior residential counselor, milieu manager, health services manager, assistant director, and residential treatment director. Maryam worked at St. Anne's until 2018, when they joined QueensCare as the director of operations.

Maryam Sesay has completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University, Northridge.
