Guido Garaycochea is an experienced arts educator and cultural leader currently serving as the Adult Programs Manager at the Queens Museum since September 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing the New New Yorkers Program, focusing on adult immigrant education and engagement. As a co-founder of the Expressiones Cultural Center Inc. since January 2002, Guido has actively promoted Latin American culture in southeastern Connecticut through various artistic expressions. Previous roles as an adjunct faculty member at Mitchell College, Universidad Metropolitana de Ciencias de la Educación, and Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile involved teaching a range of art-related courses. Guido's educational background includes multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts and master's degrees in Theory and History of Art from Universidad de Chile.
