Manuel Figueroa has extensive experience in library services, currently serving as the Talent Development and Training Manager at Queens Library since January 2008, where roles also included Assistant Director of Community Library Services. Prior to this, Figueroa held the position of District Librarian for the Manhattan North District at New York Public Library from October 2005 to December 2007. Figueroa holds a Master of Library Science degree from Queens College and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hunter College.
