Brenna Charles has extensive experience in the field, having worked at Queens Public Library from October 2007 to May 2022 as an Assistant Manager and currently at Queens Library since April 2022 as an Assistant Manager of Programming and Outreach. In their role, Brenna creates and hosts programs, supervises librarians, and trains junior team members. Brenna has also been responsible for maintaining collections, staffing needs, and implementing library policies for daily operations.
