Pat Poitevin, CACM, TASA, is a seasoned professional in anti-corruption and compliance with extensive experience spanning over three decades. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Canadian Centre of Excellence for Anti-Corruption since December 2015, Pat oversees initiatives focused on ethical governance, compliance, and transparency across various sectors. In addition, Pat serves as President and CEO of Active Compliance and Ethics Group, providing tailored compliance solutions, and as a Director at SIRA International Risk Advisors, enhancing anti-corruption measures within organizations. Pat's background includes a significant tenure with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, culminating as a Senior Investigator and Outreach Coordinator, specializing in financial crime and corruption. Additionally, Pat contributes to education as a Senior Instructor for Ordre des CPA du Québec, with academic foundations from the University of Ottawa and Cegep - Ahunsic.
