Jose Serna has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Jose currently works at QUBIK DIGITAL as a SAP Commerce Technical Lead since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Perficient Latin America in the same role from September 2021 to April 2022. Jose also has experience as a SAP Hybris Developer at Talos Digital from July 2017 to April 2022. Before transitioning to the IT field, they worked as a Web Developer at H&A SUMINISTRO Y DOTACIONES DEL CARIBE S.A.S. for a brief period from February 2017 to May 2017. Jose'searliest work experience was as an intern at the Center for Oceanographic and Hydrographic Research of the Colombian national navy from September 2016 to November 2016.

Jose Serna attended Universidad de Cartagena in Colombia from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería de sistemas (Systems Engineering).

In addition to their formal education, Jose has also obtained several certifications. Jose became a SAP Certified Product Support Specialist - SAP Commerce in March 2022. Prior to that, in October 2021, they became a Certified Application Associate - SAP Commerce Cloud Business User. In March 2021, they obtained the certification as a SAP Certified Development Professional - SAP Commerce Cloud 1905 Developer. Earlier, in October 2020, they completed a course on Introduction to Spartacus from Open SAP. Jose'searliest certification was in October 2017, when they became a SAP Certified Development Professional - SAP Hybris Commerce 6.2 Developer.
