Tim Clarke is the Managing Director of Quay Crew, a leading recruitment agency in the luxury staffing sector, based in Bournemouth since April 2013. Under Tim's leadership, Quay Crew has expanded to a team of 14, addressing the challenges of attracting and retaining experienced staff. Previously, Tim has held various positions as a Recruitment Consultant at POOLIA UK LIMITED, Eames Consulting Group, and PFJ MEDIA LTD / Aspire, accumulating substantial experience in the recruitment industry. Tim's education includes attendance at Poole Grammar School from 1992 to 1998.
