Carol Tonelli has extensive experience in contracts and project management, currently serving as Contracts Manager at Quattrocchi Kwok Architects since June 2006. In this role, Carol oversees the Architectural Services Contract process, managing billing configurations and facilitating monthly client billing as well as engineer consulting invoicing. Prior to this, Carol held the position of Office Manager at Horn Engineers from June 1998 to May 2006. Carol's technical expertise includes Vantagepoint project lifecycle and database management, enhancing communication and project data systems while coordinating professional services contract management and accounting processes. Educational background includes attendance at Empire College School of Business and Santa Rosa High.
