Sam Penhall, P.Eng., M.Eng., is an experienced operations and project manager currently employed at Quattro Constructors since February 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and project management. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Senior Manager of Land Development at Beedie from September 2019 to February 2021. Sam's career began at Roger Sheppard Construction Ltd. as a General Labourer and has progressed through various engineering roles at David Nairne + Associates Ltd., Flatiron Construction, and other companies. Sam earned a Master of Engineering in Project and Construction Management from The University of British Columbia in 2010, following a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution in 2009.
