Nicki Koenen has a diverse background in healthcare, currently serving as an Appeals Customer Success Specialist at Quartz Health Solutions since August 2023. Previously, Nicki worked at Gundersen Health System from July 2020 to May 2023 as a Clinic Registered Nurse specializing in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, and also as a Registered Nurse in the Neuroscience Unit.
