Dave Robaczewski is an experienced Systems Analyst and Programmer at Quartz Health Solutions, Inc. since May 2016, specializing in full-stack web application development using the Microsoft .NET framework. Prior to this role, Dave served as a Senior Developer/Analyst at the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse, where responsibilities included leading projects and acting as a technical architect for campus-wide applications primarily using Oracle PeopleSoft. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Trane Co., focusing on inventory and project costing processes within Oracle/PeopleSoft Financials/SCM, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at Business Objects, where data quality software applications were developed for enterprise software products. Dave's career in software development began at Firstlogic as a Senior Software Engineer. Dave holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, obtained in 1996.
