Dante Cata is an accomplished Analysis Engineer at Quartus Engineering, with previous experience as an Analysis Engineering Co-op. Cata has expertise in building finite element models and conducting performance analysis of medical devices, including optimizing simulations for heart valve stents and enhancing non-linear material modeling capabilities. Previous roles include Hardware Engineering Intern at Parallel Systems, where design improvements were made for drone components, and co-lead of a student design team at FlyUC, focusing on battery-powered VTOL drones. Cata has been involved in competitive engineering projects with Hyperloop UC and has gained practical experience through co-op positions at Kinetic Vision. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Materials Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
