Ali Rozati is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Quartus Engineering since March 2023, Ali focuses on strategic planning, team mentorship, and career development. Prior to this, Ali was an Engineering Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software, leading a California-based engineering services team and managing projects while ensuring high technical standards. At CD-adapco, Ali progressed through several roles, culminating in Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included team expansion, project leadership, and collaboration with sales. Ali began as a Senior Engineer at Modine Manufacturing Company, specializing in thermal flow simulations. Ali holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech (2004-2007).
