Sam Freda currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Asset Management and Revenue Management at Quarterra Group, a position held since August 2018. Previously, Sam held various roles at LMC, A Lennar Company, including Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Vice President of Asset Management. Earlier experience includes Senior Director of Asset Management for the Western Portfolio and Senior Director Portfolio Manager at Irvine Company from October 2014 to July 2018. Sam's career began at BlackRock, where positions included Vice President of Asset Management. Sam earned an MBA in Finance and a BA in Communication: Journalism from Seton Hall University.
