Nancy successfully maintained high occupancy rates, increased net operating income, and ensured compliance with local regulations, including Santa Monica Rent Control and Section 8. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections, Nancy demonstrates a strong ability to optimize property performance and adapt to changing market conditions.
