Wim Hoekstra is an experienced professional with a strong background in information management and strategic planning, currently serving in multiple advisory roles at various municipalities and organizations in the Netherlands since 2022. Recent positions include Kwartiermaker regionale strategische agenda at ICT Rijk van Nijmegen, Adviseur Informatiemanagement at Mijn Gemeente Dichtbij, and Program Manager at Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie, among others.
