Wim Hoekstra is an experienced professional with a strong background in information management and strategic planning, currently serving in multiple advisory roles at various municipalities and organizations in the Netherlands since 2022. Recent positions include Kwartiermaker regionale strategische agenda at ICT Rijk van Nijmegen, Adviseur Informatiemanagement at Mijn Gemeente Dichtbij, and Program Manager at Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie, among others. Wim holds an MSc in Business Administration from Radboud University, complemented by specialized training in e-Government and project management. In addition to professional roles, Wim contributes as Chairman of the Floja Malawi Foundation and Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Marge. With a focus on community development and excellent service delivery in municipalities, Wim combines extensive expertise with a commitment to strategic improvement in public administration.
