Han Kuiper is an experienced professional specializing in environmental law and information security. Currently, Han serves as the Acting CISO for Gemeente Beuningen and the CISO for Gemeente Berg en Dal. Additionally, Han holds roles as an advisor on the Omgevingswet at Quarant BV and as a process modeler within the Ministry of Defence's Omgevingswet program. With a strong background in supporting various municipalities in implementing the Omgevingswet and advising on GDPR compliance, Han also contributes to academia as a lecturer for the Bachelor's program in Environmental Studies at Avans+. Han's educational achievements include a postdoctoral degree in environmental science from the University of Amsterdam and a law degree from the University of Groningen.
