Marten Arthers is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in engineering and quantum technology. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer and previously as Design Team Lead and Quantum Design Engineer at QuantWare since June 2021, Marten is focused on making quantum hardware accessible to all. Prior experience includes supporting the Quantum Inspire team at TNO while completing a master's thesis, designing a medical ventilator during the COVID-19 pandemic at OperationAIR, and developing trading tools at IMC Trading. Marten also contributed to Airbus Defence and Space Netherlands B.V. in commercial solar array development and held the position of Chief Engineer with the Nuon Solar Team, overseeing the development of a solar-powered vehicle. Marten holds a Master of Science in Engineering (Applied Physics) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technische natuurkunde from Delft University of Technology.
