Dharani Balaji's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. In 2004, they worked as a Software Developer at INFOLOG SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, where they collaborated with operational stakeholders and technology teams to define software requirements and conducted software development based on project scopes. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Professional Medical Billing Associates as a Data Administrator/Billing Associate, managing insurance claims and billing data, performing data entry, and coordinating verification processes. They then took a career hiatus from 2009 to 2019 to focus on personal endeavors. In 2021, Dharani worked as a Salesforce Administrator (Volunteer) at Ars Nova Workshop and as a Business Analyst and K2 University - Salesforce Talent Alliance Fellow at QuantumRhino. Their current role at QuantumRhino is as an Associate Salesforce Developer.

Dharani Balaji completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Gulbarga University. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Applications at Manipal Institute of Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they received the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) credentials from Salesforce in March and January 2021, respectively. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in various Python-related courses, including "Using Python To Access Web Data" and "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" from Coursera in April and March 2018, respectively. Dharani also attained a certification in "Python Data Structures" from Coursera in March 2018.
