Drew Pace has over a decade of experience in customer success and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Solutions Engineer at Quantum Workplace since July 2019, Drew has also held various positions including CSM Manager, Customer Success Lead, and Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes roles such as Guest Services Manager and Task Force General Manager at Kinseth Hospitality Companies, as well as Front Office Manager at KAJ Hospitality. Drew's career began as a Guest Service Representative at First Hospitality. Education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, completed between 2009 and 2015, and studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2008 to 2009.
