Rebekah Lee has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Executive Director of People and Culture at Quantum Support Services Inc. since January 2019. Prior positions include People and Culture Manager at the same company, General Manager of Human Resources and Organisational Development at Correct Care Australasia from June 2014 to 2019, and Manager of Organisational Development at Gippsland Medicare Local for a brief period in early 2014. Rebekah has also held roles such as Manager of Human Resources & Marketing at Grammar School and Human Resources Manager at both the Centre for Adult Education and Lufthansa Australia. Rebekah holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Monash University.
