Lindsay Thompson, SHRM-CP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Lindsay currently holds the role of SVP, Head of People at Quantum-Si, where they have built and expanded the HR team and implemented a people-first HR strategy. From 2019 to 2021, Lindsay worked as the Director of HR and HR Operations at 4Catalyzer, overseeing the recruiting function and supporting the company's subsidiaries. Prior to that, they served as an HR Manager at Laurel Road, where they played a key role in implementing the HRIS system and managed day-to-day HR operations. Lindsay also worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Talent Acquisition Specialist at Colony Hardware and as an HR Generalist at MacDermid Enthone Electronics Solutions. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Associate HR Consultant at Anthem and as an Office Manager at Complete Environmental Testing, Inc. Overall, Lindsay has a diverse background in HR, with expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, HRIS implementation, employee relations, and recruitment.

Lindsay Thompson, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kaplan University, which was obtained from 2006 to 2009. Lindsay also possesses an Associate Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Gateway Community College. Lindsay has further demonstrated their professional expertise by obtaining certifications such as the SHRM-CP from SHRM in December 2015 and the SHRM Executive Network Membership from SHRM Executive Network in November 2022.
