Mike Manley serves as the Vice President and CIO at Quantum Research International, where responsibilities include leading the enhancement of corporate IT systems, cybersecurity practices, and overseeing national security-focused programs. Previously, Mike held the position of President at Gray Analytics, leading business development and operations while managing a team of Vice Presidents. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations at Teledyne Technologies, where management of a $61 million annual budget and over 275 staff was crucial. Additional roles at Teledyne Brown Engineering included directing IT strategy and managing enterprise systems. Mike holds a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Applied Sciences from The University of Alabama.
