Yuval Toren has a diverse work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been a Technical Product Manager at Quantum Machines. From 2020 to present, they have been a Physics Laboratory Instructor at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. From 2014 to 2020, they held multiple roles at IDF - Israel Defence Forces. Yuval was a Technical Product Manager and Project Manager, where they managed and supervised multi-disciplinary, large-scale projects representing and defining the IDF requirements before IAI-Elta and Elbit in the field of border protection radars. Yuval also defined System Architecture and System Specifications as well as defined the overall Technical and Functional Requirements. Yuval led development of a central radar unit for rapid remote support and maintenance, and planned and executed System Tests and Field Experiments. Yuval was also a R&D Team Lead and System Engineer, and a Developer, where they developed and designed visual intelligence and drone-based military systems, in the full development cycle under a tight schedule and over multiple operations simultaneously. Yuval also designed, drafted, and tested Embedded systems (software and hardware) such as low power imaging systems, low power radio communication systems and power management devices, and developed tracking and recognition systems based on video processing and machine learning.

Yuval Toren completed a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2014. Yuval then went on to complete a Master of Science in Physical Chemistry from the same institution from 2020 to 2022. Yuval also obtained a certification in Signal Processing Problems, solved in MATLAB and in Python from Udemy.
