Gilad Ben-Shach has a wealth of experience in the field of strategy and partnerships. Gilad began their career in 2007 as a Student Researcher at the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they developed a quick and effective method to construct different shapes that make the same sound, and won the Best Paper Prize from the Journal of Physics A. In 2010, they became a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University. In 2015, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant. In 2016, they moved to Clover Health, where they served as both a Senior Data Scientist and a Data Scientist. In 2019, they joined IBM, where they held three roles: IBM Quantum Product Management Program Director, IBM Quantum Global Lead for Commercial Ecosystem Partnerships, and IBM Quantum Network, Global Client Lead. In 2023, they became the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Quantum Machines.
Gilad Ben-Shach received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from McGill University between 2006 and 2009. Gilad then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Harvard University between 2009 and 2014.
