Melissa Harper, MHA, LSSBB, currently serves as a Senior Business Process Engineer at Quantum Health since April 2022. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Senior Process Engineer from May 2021 to April 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a Process Engineer at Veyance Technologies, Inc. and Mondi Group, as well as serving as a Cleanroom Process Engineer at Battelle. Additionally, during the time at Mount Carmel Health System from November 2015 to May 2021, Melissa held the roles of Quality Business Partner and Performance Excellence Leader.
