Kyle Noreen, MSHR, has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Kyle currently serves as the Compensation Lead at Quantum Health, where they provide leadership and support to the HR community and addresses compensation-related inquiries. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Quantum Health, where they administered pay programs and provided recommendations based on market research.

Before joining Quantum Health, Kyle worked as a Compensation Analyst at Speedway LLC, where they analyzed and recommended compensation policies and procedures. Kyle also served as the Compensation SME and assisted with the implementation of Workday as the new HR system. Additionally, they gained experience as a Compensation Specialist at Mylan.

Kyle's earlier work experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant at West Virginia University, where they worked with student athletes to ensure academic success, and as a Human Resources Intern at FMC Technologies. Kyle also served as a Team Captain for the Radford University Men's Basketball team, where they acted as a mentor and leader for their teammates.
