Katie McNaughton began their work experience at Quantum Health in 2012 as a Care Coordinator, where they served as an advocate for patients, providers, and office staff. In this role, they provided education on benefits and the healthcare journey to build trust and eliminate confusion. Katie later served as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator from August 2014 to May 2015, and then as a Sales Associate from June 2015 to June 2021. In January 2022, Katie assumed the position of Vice President, Mid-Market Sales, where they continue to excel in their advocacy and support role at Quantum Health.

Katie McNaughton attended Ohio University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration.
