Anderson Alvarenga has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 at AES Eletropaulo as an IT Analyst. In this role, they were responsible for technical lead indicators, participated in the implementation of a prediction system, and was involved in the migration to the internal architecture of an operating dashboard product. Anderson also implemented an internal messaging system alerts, weather messages, and real-time operation messages for engineers, managers, and top management. In 2013, Anderson moved to LATAM Airlines as an IT Business Consultant, where they were the Project Manager of the implementation of a Procurement to Pay software. Finally, Anderson has been the Projects and Customer Services Manager - Latam at Quantum Aviation Solutions, Inc. since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that Quantum meets the project implementation and service delivery commitments in the region, while also instigating processes and services to improve productivity and service delivery in a cost-effective manner.
Anderson Alvarenga obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho between 2004 and 2010. Anderson then completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Gestão de Sistemas Empresariais (ERP/SAP) from FIAP between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, they have a certification in Gerenciamento de Projetos - Avançado from PMI.
