Julie My Hanh N. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Julie My Hanh started their career as a Java Software Engineer at StarHub in 2004. After that, they joined NCS Group in 2005 and held multiple roles, including Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, and Technical Service Manager. In these positions, Julie demonstrated strong troubleshooting abilities and successfully completed various maintenance and upgrade projects. Julie My Hanh also provided technical consultancy and led teams to manage cloud computing services and government e-service infrastructure. In 2020, Julie joined Equifax as a Technology Operations Analyst, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they serve as a Platform Engineer at Quantium.

Julie My Hanh N. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering at Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2001 to 2005. Julie My Hanh then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics at Singapore Management University from 2013 to 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Julie obtained various certifications in different fields. In 2019, they became an AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate. In 2020, they achieved certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional, AWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty, and AWS Certified Security - Specialty, all from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Additionally, they completed the Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals course through Coursera and obtained the Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google.

Julie holds other certifications as well, including the Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Certified Implementation Specialist and Oracle Certified Associate, Oracle WebLogic Server 11g System Administrator from Oracle. Julie My Hanh also obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from EXIN and the VMware Certified Professional 5 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP5-DCV) certification from VMware. Furthermore, they earned the Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Solaris 10 System Administrator certification from Oracle and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Most recently, in 2021, Julie obtained the Certified Incident Responder certification from PagerDuty and completed the Building Modern Python Applications on AWS course offered by Coursera.
