Blaise Paradeza has worked in various software engineering roles at Quantium since joining in 2019. Their most recent position is as a Software Engineer, which they started in August 2022. Prior to that, Blaise held the role of Associate Software Engineer from February 2021 to August 2022. They also have experience as a Casual Software Engineering Intern from February 2020 to February 2021 and as a Software Engineering Summer Intern from December 2019 to February 2020. Additionally, Blaise served as the Treasurer of the UNSW Security Society (SecSoc) from November 2019 to November 2020.

Blaise Paradeza attended Hurlstone Agricultural High School from 2011 to 2016, where they completed their high school education. Following this, from 2017 to 2020, Paradeza pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on Computer Software Engineering at UNSW.
