Devanand has over 11 years of experience in Credit Control within the courier industry, currently serving as a Credit Control & Billing Officer at Quantium Mail Logistics Solutions India Pvt Ltd since January 2011. Prior to this role, Devanand worked as a Credit Control Executive at Unifreight India Pvt Ltd from August 2008 to December 2011, and at First Flight Couriers Ltd from January 2005 to June 2007, successfully managing payments from corporate clients and resolving billing issues. Educational qualifications include SSC and HSC from GIC Tilaknagar, Uttarakhand, and a Bachelor of Arts from Sampurnanand University, Varanasi.
