Michael Hoeschele has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Network Security Intern at Princeton University in 2004. In 2006, they joined the National Security Agency (NSA), where they held various positions such as Data Strategist, Senior Product Manager, and Analytics Designer until 2018. During their time at NSA, they developed a problem-solving mindset and worked on challenging problems others overlooked.
In 2018, Michael joined BMNT, an innovation think tank serving the defense and intelligence agencies. As the Head of Product (Analytics) and Innovation Program Manager, they led a project that delivered the SaaS product Insight. Michael used a repeatable battle-tested system to solve tough problems.
In 2021, Michael founded IDNo9, a private foundation aimed at assisting talented individuals in making an impact. Michael advised the membership on personal marketing, transitioning from government employment, and networking. Michael also guided members in finding their first jobs outside of government employment.
Most recently, in 2022, Michael joined Quantifind, where they are working in a product role.
Michael Hoeschele completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Philosophy at Dickinson College, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Michael then pursued further education, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Information Assurance from Purdue University's CERIAS Institute. Michael attended Purdue University from 2004 to 2006.
