Eric Szumiesz is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Quantic TRM since August 2014, where responsibilities include managing a cross-functional team to develop advanced RF Microwave solutions for the defense and aerospace sectors. Prior roles include leading mechanical engineering efforts in new custom designs for top defense contractors at Quantic TRM and contributing to new product development at Labsphere, Inc., focusing on quality design and cost efficiency. Earlier experience includes mechanical design engineering at Whelen Engineering and educational support roles with SAU 19. Eric holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and completed the Rising Stars Leadership Program in early 2023.
