Rebecca McLaren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administrative support. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate at Quantech Services, Inc. since April 2012, Rebecca has been involved in crucial tasks such as enhancing the Taleo Recruiting System, data migration between systems, and analyzing contract information. Previous roles include Operations Intern and Office Manager, where responsibilities included organizing meetings, maintaining records, and assisting various departments. In addition, Rebecca has gained valuable experience as a Work Study Office Assistant at the SNHU Career Development Center. Academically, Rebecca is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, along with a diploma in Business Technology from Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School.
