Cuauhtémoc García García has held various roles in the technology industry since 2011. Cuauhtémoc began their career as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Stanford University in 2011, followed by a Senior Scientist role at Quantapore Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Cuauhtémoc then moved on to become the Chief Technology Officer at Spatial Genomics, Inc. from 2018 to 2020, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Imaging Allergy Testing, Inc.

Cuauhtémoc García García received a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Cuauhtémoc then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Biophysics at The Johns Hopkins University. Lastly, they completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Iberian and Latin American Cultures at Stanford University.
