Pelle Wijk has a long and varied work experience, beginning with Ericsson in 1996. At Ericsson, they held the roles of Project Manager, Systems Engineer - Radio Base Stations and Systems Engineer - Radio Network. In 2004, they moved to Kisel Microelectronics AB as Program Manager. In 2008, they took on the roles of CEO and Director of Operations at Kisel Microelectronics. In 2014, they joined Imagination Technologies as Vice President Operations and Hardware Engineering, Vice President RF Technology and Operations, and Senior Director of RF Technology. In 2021, they moved to Sivers Semiconductors AB (formerly Sivers IMA) as Managing Director Sivers Wireless. Most recently, in 2023, they joined QuantalRF as Director of Business Development.

Pelle Wijk completed an M Sc in Engineering Physics from Uppsala University between 1990 and 1995. Pelle also attended Eindhoven University of Technology in 1994, but did not receive a degree. In 2007 and 2008, they received a diploma in Business Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. In addition, they have obtained several course certificates from Coursera, including Introduction to Corporate Finance (November 2015), Introduction to Operations Management (November 2015), Foundations of Business Strategy (October 2015), Introduction to Financial Accounting (September 2015), and Introduction to Marketing (August 2015).
