Scott Ayler is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in construction, energy, and infrastructure services. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Quanta Services, Inc. since January 2015, Scott specializes in contract negotiation and legal oversight for various industries including electric power and renewable resources. Prior roles include General Counsel for Kahuna Ventures LLC and its affiliates, where Scott managed agreements within the oil and gas sector, and attorney positions focused on construction and complex litigation at Bendelow Law Firm, P.C. and Tisdale & Associates LLC. Scott also contributed as a Board member for the American Lung Association - Colorado and began legal training as a law clerk at Dill Dill Carr Stonbraker & Hutchings, P.C. Scott holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and a BSBA in Finance from Colorado State University.
