Mike Hough worked at Quanta Services starting from December 1999 as the Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to that, they worked at Arthur Andersen as a Manager from 1992 until 1999.

Mike Hough graduated with a BBA and MPA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, where they attended from 1987 to 1992.
