Loren Chandler is an experienced executive in the electric energy contracting industry, currently serving as the West Regional President at Quanta Services, Inc. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Loren was the Chief Operating Officer at Quanta West, LLC from January 2022 to June 2023, overseeing a range of companies including PAR Western Line Contractors, Summit Line Construction, Crux Inc., and Quanta Utility Engineering Services. With a background in leadership dating back to September 2009 as President of Summit Line Construction, Loren has a strong foundation in high and low voltage electric line construction and associated engineering services. Education includes training from Northwest Lineman College and a diploma from Mountain Home High School, completed in 1996.
