Lazaros Pantzos has extensive work experience in the financial industry, particularly in portfolio strategy, analytics, and management. Lazaros is currently serving as the Executive Director of Portfolio Strategy at QQuant Master Servicer S.A. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Analytics & Portfolio Strategy Officer at Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A. from 2016 to 2019.

Before joining Cepal Hellas, Lazaros held various positions at Piraeus Bank, including Head of Analytics & Portfolio Management, Retail Collections & Retail & SBL Loans Restructuring, RBU. In this role, they were responsible for portfolio analysis, reporting, portfolio segmentation, treatment design, and building forecasting models. Lazaros also managed the implementation of collection systems and infrastructure.

Lazaros also has experience at Geniki Bank, where they served as the Head of Analytics, Strategy & Portfolio Management, Retail Receivables Management Division. Here, they focused on portfolio analysis and building forecasting models.

Earlier in their career, Lazaros worked at Eurobank in various roles, including Head of Business Process Management, Manager of Late Collections, and Head of Portfolio, Risk Management, in the Consumer Lending Business. Lazaros was responsible for designing and implementing strategies, managing assets, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Additionally, Lazaros has experience as a Business Consultant at Alpha Consulting Europe SA and as a Costing Accountant at Crown Cork & Seal. Lazaros also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at North College, Thessaloniki.

Lazaros Pantzos completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia between 1997 and 2002. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) during the period of 2002 to 2003.
