Don Wilson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Plant Manager at Quanex, a position held since October 2024. Previous experience includes various managerial roles at CARBO from 2005 to October 2024, such as Process Manager, Regional Assistant Plant Manager, Production Manager, Quality Control Manager, and Production Coordinator. Prior to CARBO, Don Wilson worked at General Shale from 2000 to 2005 as a Robotics & Packaging Supervisor and Production Shift Supervisor, and at Northern Contours from 1998 to 2000 as Shift Supervisor and Quality Supervisor. Don Wilson holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from American InterContinental University, and additional Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Kentucky University and Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Kentucky.
