Brian Rappaport has extensive experience in the media industry, with a particular focus on out-of-home (OOH) advertising. Brian is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Quan Media Group, where they lead the company in providing personalized OOH strategies for modern brands.

Prior to their current role, Rappaport worked at RapportWW as a Group Director. In this position, they managed two offices in New York City and Boston and was responsible for planning and buying OOH media for over 40 clients, including well-known brands such as Jetblue, Royal Caribbean, and MTV. Brian also specialized in helping direct-to-consumer and emerging brands develop their OOH strategies and significantly increased client billing from $500k to $8MM within four years. Rappaport represented Rapport on various IPG-Wide new business pitches and delivered presentations to staff members and clients.

Before joining RapportWW, Rappaport held various roles at ZenithOptimedia. As a Supervisor - Local Activation, they focused on the New York and Atlanta markets, working with clients such as Verizon Wireless, Delta, and Kohl's. Rappaport was responsible for constructing media plans, providing relevant recommendations, and ensuring high client return on investment. Brian also managed and trained junior staff members and participated in agency new business pitches.

Rappaport's work experience also includes roles at the National Basketball Association, where they served as a Research & Production Assistant, and as a Print Negotiator and Assistant Print Negotiator at ZenithOptimedia.

Brian Rappaport attended Jericho High School from 1997 to 2001. Brian then pursued further education at Towson University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Public Relations. During their time at Towson University, they also earned a certificate in Sports Communication.
