David Jarmuth, CRM has a solid background in records and information management (RIM) with experience supporting multiple federal agencies in various aspects of RIM program development, management, operation, and refinement. David has developed RIM policies and procedures at different levels within agencies and departments. David has also been involved in developing and maintaining agency records disposition schedules and coordinating with stakeholders for schedule changes.

In addition to their RIM expertise, David has experience as a Data Analyst, where they provided support to the U.S. Department of State Freedom of Information Office in processing and responding to FOIA requests. David has also served as a Task Lead for Electronic Capture contracts with the Health Resources & Service Administration (HRSA) and the Indian Health Service (IHS), working closely with client organizations to assess their materials and needs, develop protocols, and explain the imaging process. David collaborated with HRSA and IHS records management divisions to determine record identities and dispositions.

Furthermore, David has worked as a Document Control Manager and Technical Information Specialist, supporting the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Food Additive Safety on the Food Additive Regulatory Management System (FARM). David'sresponsibilities included monitoring workflow, document tracking, version control, and full electronic ingestion, as well as incorporating electronic records using Appian Business Process Management software.

Earlier in their career, David served as a Document Management Support Specialist for HRSA, where they assisted the Project Manager with document imaging contracts. David worked with client HRSA organizations and divisions to assess their materials, develop conventions and protocols, and explain the imaging process. David also collaborated with the Office of Information Technology Division of IT Security & Records Management to determine record identities and dispositions.

David has been able to successfully manage multiple projects, work with diverse stakeholders, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and protocols. David Jarmuth, CRM, obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech. David also has additional certifications, including a Certified Records Manager (CRM) certification from the Institute of Certified Records Managers obtained in March 2018, and a Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) Certification from the FDA obtained in May 2007.
